Avance Audio AC97 problem...HELP!!

    :( I have a HP533w running XP...it periodically loses the dang sound card or something. AND it did it again! The precise thing with the yellow exlamation point is Avance Audio AC97. I have uninstalled and then rebooted and when it reinstalls it STILL says "device can not start"! I have tried unplugging my speakers, and I've tried doing a system restore dated yesterday. My sound worked this morning. ALl to no avail! My compuetr is over a year old so HP is no help. Someone recommended me to you guys! Please help me!:confused:

    man it would be nice if you explained how to fix this, now im gonna have to make another thread on it. :(

    Exclamation mark is your computer hardwares conflicts
    remove driver->restart->your computer will fix it by winXP driver.
