In the installed providers section outlook/exchange says "The provider is waiting for a subsystem to start". Does this mean its not scanning my email? If so how to I get it to scan my email?
It says 6 of 7 providers running and outlook/exchange is the one thats not running????

    Thanks,

Do you have Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express)?

I have Outlook express...but I think I'm alright. With the newer version of Avast 4.6 it says its automatically covered?? You dont have to set it up.

It is. The Outlook Module only scans e-mail and such from Microsoft Outlook, which is different from Outlook Express. Just terminate it so it doesn't use any memory or CPU time, if you wish.
