avast scan wont stop with this one file

i ran avast yesterday and it did the saem thng and also in the paast so what i've had to do is shut off avast to stop this from coming up there was another it did this to but it seemed to have fixed itself

malware type: virus/ worm
VPS version: 000744-1, 05/27/2007

i've deleted and tried repairing but neither has worked it just keeps coming up over and over please help
