Average AMD Athlon64 2088+ temp&fan speed???

Hi guys m new here n its my 1st post n m no comp geek

Config:
AMD Athlon64 2800+ ~ 1.8Ghz
MSI VIA K8M800 CE VT8237R chipset
80gig IDE-Samsung
512 DDR 400Mhz-Hynix
64mb onboard grafix-VIA S3

I jus wanted to knw wats d ideal average CPU,system temp & CPU fan speed.Oh I gt a fan n heatsink tht came wit d CPU.I gt 2 system fans both outward(rear)Average room temp is abt 25C

I use PCAlert4 to monitor temp it shows d followin wen only IE is running:
CPU temp 38C
System temp 39C
CPU fan ~2000rpm

Do d above fall under average zone or do i need to cool it further,also CPU temp goes upto 44-45C & sys temp abt 40-41C wen m ripping or burning CDs is this ok

Sounds perfectly normal. Ripping and burning CDs are very CPU intensive, so its normal for the temperature to rise when doing that.
