I had a lot of other issues on this particular computer. All of them except these two detections seem to be resolved. AVG is detecting the Trojan, but cannot remove it. Simply says Access is denied.

I have attached a Farbar scan here ---> View attachment FRST.txt

I have read through the READ ME before posting and have tried those steps. I notice a Farbar fix is unique to each computer -which is my reasoning for this post.

Thank you in advanced for any help!

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (See how to attach)

Now boot into normal Windows can continue with the below.

Thanks for the quick response! I noticed AVG stopped detecting the maleware and was also able to remove about 90 other threats. Since then I have no had an issue. Should I still run the FRST you made up for me?

Looks good, what issues remain, if any?

None! Thank you very much. Is there any tutorial on how to read a Farbar scan? Like what to look for through out the text file?

I am not aware of any online tutorial.

And you are most welcome. Safe surfing. :)
