AVG scan shows change to shell32.dll - is this spyware?

I have just run my weekly scan using AVG and the following came up:
FILE: Shell32.dll RESULT/INFECTION: Change PATH: C:\Windows\System32\shell32.dll
Is this a problem I should be concerned about?
I am using XP Desktop. Stopped the scan after seeing this. I only download games from www.Demonews.com (your games site).
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a feeling this is a false positive as I noticed a similar post the other day with exactly the same software AVG and file location which is legit

Other than the above if you want to be fully sure its not malware, you'll have to run the full Read Me and attach all the logs, but I feel if you have just done Windows Update lately before the scan or AVG has updated its normal or a false positive, which will be fixed in next DAT update, but I have heard of this and read similar on AVGs support that Windows Updates will change files and AVG alerts you, maybe a bit over zealous in warning you.

Thanks for the re-assurance. I just recently updated security downloads from Microsoft for IE6, so this may be what has triggered it. I will get back if this 'change' occurs again.
