AVG2011, Malwarebytes & Ad-Aware

I usually (always) use AVG2011 as my anti-malware program. Sometimes I run Windows Defender too (scan simultaneously with running AVG). These two programs seem to be Ok together.

Would there be a problem with scanning my system with malwarebytes (which I don't have) while running AVG ?

Also, would there be a problem with scanning my system with Ad-Aware (I think it's called) (which I don't have) while running AVG ?

Just to be clear, I intend to run one scan at a time, but AVG is always running even if it iis not performing a scan, presumably it is 'protecting' me aat every moment I am connected from malware attacks over the internet.

Well i have AVG 2012 and life sub of malwarebtes

I have both on and i have the AVG up date at mid night ever night then i scan i set the scans about 2am then i have my malwarebytes Scan about 3 or 3:30 in the morning after the AVG.Have it scan while your sleeping is the best thing.This way while your not using it

Its scaning for you and not taking up your CPU while your using it
