Backup Recovery, Important Information

    Just completed a reformat total reinstall, WINXP home with Outlook 2000 and SP-2. Before starting I backed-up everything from 3 different accounts to a separate partition to save important contact and e-mail information. When I completed the recovery the only information retrieved was account info only. No contacts no e-mails nothing. The master account had everything. One of the questions asked during the backup setup was what to backup, and I requested everything from all accounts.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
