Bad e-mail Attachment

Hi there~

Last week I stupidly opened an attachment from email, which was claimed as bill from something I may have purchased. I though it have do do something with the simcard I bought back then... I tried to download it because there was a blanc page *facepalm* Later I saw this was a spam mail. First nothing happened and I run my AV but nothing was found. I canged settings and now Avira Antivir and Secure Banking are showing they found something, every time I start my laptop. Hijackthis found one thing, too.

On youtube there was a link to this forum and I started on working with my laptop. (Because I need it for my online banking!)

Please help me with cleaning up! *bow*

TR/Zusy.BO.1 (12.09.) 1x

all deleted with Avira

Hijackthis found 1 file, after deleting it, the second run didn't show anything dangerous again...
