Best Ipod backup software

It's about time that I back up all of the songs on my iPods (I have 2: a 4G Nano and a 30G video).

What do you all recommend as the best software to backup my Ipod ?

iTunes contains a backup program. Why not use that?

I have done an Internet search and discovered other third-party iPod backup programs. What do they offer that the iTunes backup does not?

Lets you pull the music off your ipod, even if its not the computer it was saved on. THat in my opinion, is highly worth it. I had to fix my aunt's ipod on my Mac, but her Mac was a couple hundred miles a way. I could do it with this app, I could not with iTunes, as it would not allow me access to her music.
