best motherboard for E8500

not knowing a THING about decent motherboards i was wondering if people have opinions on the best motherboard for an E8500 processor.

would prefer at least 4 ram slots, 4 sata, at least 1 ide,
as many usb as i can, network on board (and would love wireless network onboard)
(and have seen that on some oem boards in oz, but cannot seem to find boards available as singles)

ddr2?? ddr3??
(speeds??)

(and, if someone wants to step onto a limb, a decent graphics card to go with it)

at the moment these chips are cheap as chips here is Oz.
<$500 retail for a whole lotta punch

what is the dream motherboard to put them on?

surely someone has a decent idea.
