best program to recover files... mac osx?

    I deleted a file on my mac, it was a photoshop project, did it by accident is there any way to recover this, any free program?

    Did you remove all the files from the trash bin? If so, a few programs can help, but they cost a few $$'s.

    Dont' quote me on this, but from the limited quick G search, it seems that the following program will recover ONE file that has been deleted with the following demo:
