Best Tune Up Software(if any)

Hey.
Is 360Amigo System Speedup the best tune up utillity?(It Rocks My World).
Tune Up Utillity Is a piece of crap,along with the 2013 version of AVG PC TUNE UP,and these two Snake Oils is actualy the same program,but good at one thing destroying your systems stabillity,along with many other interesting PROBLEMS!!
The 2011 edition of AVG PC TUNE UP is so much better,and i do not get the mening of this "opgrade" do you?:confused
