BIN Archive.

I found a 11MB BIN archive in WordWeb's folder. Kindly have a look at the 2 images.
The archive is empty. :confused Any comments?

 

I have the same file. Suspect it has to do with the pronunciation features of WordWeb.
While in WordWeb:

• Click on "Help"
• Select "Contents" from the menu
• In the "Contents" left pane menu, expand the "Reference" selection
• Select "Pronunciation guide"

Hopefully that and the attached thumbnail will explain what the file is for.

 

I'm familiar with the pronunciation feature in WordWeb. I'm curious how an 11 MB archive can be empty. :confused
Even IZArc shows there are no files/folders in the archive. Here's another snapshot.

 

A small sample(9 lines of 64,900) of the contents of "sounds_free.bin". It isn't an empty file, it just doesn't contain anything IZArc recognizes.
