bios error for that i cant find solution till now

hi all

recently i purchased amd athlonx2 4800 + with asus moterboard and a new moniter samsung sync master 794MG


i have find some problem while installing linux mint

[ 0.468000].. MP-BIOS bug 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC
[ 0.468000]kernel panic - not syncing : IO-APIC + timer doesn't work!
boot with apic =debug and send a report then try botting with 'noapic' option

when i turn on moniter, it does a tick sound then screen thunder for while then another smooth tick and then adjust properly.

last one my dvd combo does not read dvd but read cds
