Hp Desktop with new SSD was working until recently when the computer started to boot to the Black Screen of Death (black screen with mouse that moves but no access to anything, no Ctrl+Alt+Del).

Here is what I tried based on posts I found online related to the problem:
    -BIOS is up to date
-Last known good config - same result.
    -VGA mode - same result.
    -Safe mode - same result.
-Windows setup repair did not work.
    -No restore point was found.
-Removed all USB devices - same result.
-Removed PCIx video card and ran off built-in video - same result.
-Connected video to DVI port, then VGA port - same result.
-Changing permissions of System32 folder did not help.
-Switching BIOS HD mode from AHCI to IDE results in endless BSOD restart loop (switched back to AHCI).
-Ran Kapersky rescue CD 10 which found some malware that was removed, but problem remains.
-Posted FRST64 log here to Malware forum and none were found.

    Any suggestions?
