blank entry

i have a blank entry in startup list. Looking on this link http://ask-leo.com/why_is_there_a_blank_entry_in_my_msconfig_startup_entries.html, i found that in registry the correspondent thing is Local machine bla bla current version/run is a thing or key called "Default" (like pdfsaver3 in the link above). Is safe do delete it and what is this?

my computer is clean i think

I'm not familiar with that entry. I would recommend following the instructions in the below link and attaching the requested logs when you finish the instructions.

• READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

• If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

• Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Notes:

1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
   
   • Starting your computer in Safe mode
2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

 

Thanks, anyway im protected already and wont do aditional work for this little problem. I just want to know what mean this "Default" key in registry. I saw other guy had "pdfsaver" for the blank entry in registry, i have "Default" and this didnt sound so nice

I don't know what registry key/entry you're referring to. If you can provide an exact location of the entry I might be able to answer the question.
