Blocking Wbsites Issue ' HELP! '

    I know how to block websites from my computer. I use this method:

    c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\host.

    127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com

    Anyways, when I go to save this file. My Microsoft Security Essentials kicks in and says my PC is Infected. So when I go to clear it, then it renders my efforts useless. When I try to exclude this notepad file, I cant find it.

    Can any help me with this issue?

    Disable MSE's Real Time Protection module first.

    Unlock the hosts file
    Code:
    @echo off
echo,Y|cacls "%WinDir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" /G everyone:f
attrib -s -h -r "%WinDir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"
    Add the line(s) you want > Save

    Enable MSE again.
