Blogger Stat help

I have a blog that only has one very regular viewer. The build in stat viewer shows they are directly viewing my post(s), always viewing from Chrome on a MAC. I have bought and embedded a more complete stat tracker into my blog. The purchased tracker sees everything and everyone, including spam/bots etc. However, this one regular viewer never shows on my tracker. Is it possible this viewer somehow has a stat blocker. They only view whenever I post something new, and like I said before, they are not going to the blog and then the post, they are going directly to the post. I thought maybe they were pulling my posts through a reader like Feedly, but my tracker detects pulls from readers, too. :confused Any ideas?
