Blue screen, need help diagnosing

Continued getting blue screen with the error bad pool header, and different variations of memory problems, i tried swapping all my ram into different slots and removing sticks ect. but still get the same errors, i ran Prime95 to stress test memory and CPU and it came back with a hardware failure. this message was displayed:
