Blue Screen STOP error... yikes

    Today while at Ebay I got a black screen, then blue screen with the message that Windows (xp) had been ended to prevent damage to my computer, then the following info...

    -----------------------
    Stop error

    Check for adequate disk space.
    try changing video adapters
    check for Bios updates
    disable Bios memory options such as caching or shadowing

    I got a similar screen several months ago. Restarted and everything has been fine till this. I restarted today and everything seems fine now, but should I be worried? Blue screens SCARE me! :eek:

    running windows xp sp2 home on a Dell desktop Pentium 4, 2.4GHz. 256 Ram
