Blue Top Heading Lost

When I go to my Yahoo Home page, the Blue Heading above the WWW.
address is missing also the Blue Taskbar doesn't show. I don't know how to
get them back. Can anyone help me correct this problem.

open internet explorer then hit f11

Thanks for the help. It worked. One minor problem I still have is that when I close the Internet Explorer Window and go back to it, I have to hit F11 again.
Is there a permanent way for the Blue Top to show without always going to F11?

when you open IE >go to the tools >tab come down to full screen > and uncheck that option.
