   wife got a hp brio ba 600,pIII 500mhz,12gb hd running xp pro sp1.
   i have mounted a 80 gb as a slave ,jumber settings ok, but it will NOT boot up
   when the slave is connected, allthough it is recognised in the bios as slave.
   just sits on the hp screen and tell me to press f2 to enter setup,i cannot even use a 98 upstartdisket. pls help me before my wife kills me.
