BOOTMGR and Factory Recovery Problem

    I recently got some Viruses and Melware thanks to my brother on my computer, so I ran the Factory Recovery to make it back to factory default. While that was happening, my baby sister went into the room and I have no clue how, but she had turned off the computer while it was recovering. When I turn the computer on it says BOOTMGR not found press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart.

    Can you please help me, I really need that computer...
