Running XP Home 80GB internal drive, 200 GB Seagate External Drive, External drive partitioned to 3 drives.
Recently purchased Seagate external drive, BounceBack came with it. Installed BB to do a backup of the C drive. Once the backup was completed, a partition appeared on the local disk as E (local disk) and the 3 partitions on Seagate all increased by one letter.
Contacted BounceBack for help, they did not help much. They offered several suggestions but nothing corrected the problem. Last thing to try was to delete the E drive from the register. When deleting it appeared to be gone, but on reboot the E drive was back.
The C drive is a NTFS. The E drive is 31MB and a FAT. (EISA config)
This is not a major problem but it just does not seem right. Any ideas how to get rid of the E drive?
