    Hi there.

    This computer started having problems with browser redirects and hijacking. Then one day, the graphics card quit working. If I log into safe mode, the display works from the graphics card. If I try to log into Windows normally, then as soon as I put in the password for the windows user, it shows the desktop for a half second, then goes blank, and the monitor says, "no signal". I am able to log into windows fine using the onboard integrated graphics. Maybe the video card problem is unrelated to the browser hijacking.

    I ran through the "READ & RUN ME FIRST" steps, and the logs are attached.

    Maybe someone can take a look and let me know if I need to do anything else?

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
    When it opens, press the Scan button
    Now click the Registry tab and locate these detections:

    • [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKCU\[...]\Run : Zugo (rundll32.exe C:\Users\Doug\AppData\Local\Zugo\swkvimdf.dll,DeleteCTXMLElement [x][x][x]) -> FOUND
      [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKUS\S-1-5-21-1287130407-491168646-2585968765-1002\[...]\Run : Zugo (rundll32.exe C:\Users\Doug\AppData\Local\Zugo\swkvimdf.dll,DeleteCTXMLElement [x][x][x]) -> FOUND

    Place a checkmark each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
    Now press the Delete button.
    When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[2].txt
    Attach RKreport[2].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
    Do not reboot your computer yet.

    Now rerun Hitman and have it fix all it found.

    Reboot and rescan with both RogueKiller and Hitman.

    Now:
    [IMG] Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

    You will have to post in the hardware forum for assistance with your video issues.

    Tell me how things are running now.
