Browsers Render Pages Weird

    No colors render whatsoever.

    How the following code renders on all of my browsers:

    First one is how it should render

    The second one is the way that it renders

    No colors appear whatsoever unless its in an image.
    (FYI, code was modified from the original version, and I cut off the ;D from the screen shot in the "how it should render" by mistake)

    *please note that this is NOT a coding problem, its a problem on all of my browsers regardless of the webpage*
    Ideas?
