I can't tell much from a single dump but from your description, the BSOD type and the loaded drivers contained in the dump, it's probably a bad device driver or a driver that's being 'interfered' with by a security driver - most likely a driver related directly to networking.

Update the drivers I've highlighted above, use the links below for reference to help track down the latest drivers (you may need to use a search engine for some - don't use Device Manager's 'update' feature unless there's no other drivers to be found from the makers).

    http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=EAPPkt.sys

    http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=ewusbmdm.sys
    http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=ewusbnet.sys
    http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=l1c51x86.sys <--- http://www.atheros.cz/atheros-network-download.php?chipset=49&system=2
    http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=viahduaa.sys

If updating the drivers doesn't help, the next stage would be to uninstall Symantec/Norton, as that could be the interference factor - use the Norton Removal Tool to ensure it's all gone.

You'll need a firewall and antivirus to protect your PC once this is done, try PrivateFirewall and Avast!, download them both before you uninstall Norton but don't install them until after Norton is gone and the PC has been rebooted.

Once you've downloaded the correct drivers, you'll need to unzip any compressed files. If they have a Setup or are an exe file, you should be able to install them like a software program. Others will need installing from Device manager. Some basic info from Microsoft:
