bsod bugcheck help

    Hi guys, it seems that my Sony vaio laptop is behaving strangely and restarts itself after BSOD...it shows memory dump etc....But after restart I was able to get information from the event viewer which says

    "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff960003615cc, 0xfffff8800d986d20, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: ."

    I dont know whats going on ... Any help would be appreciated....
