bsod stop:c00000135 after rootkit removal

Microsoft Security Essentials detected a virus and said to restart to clean. Now i cannot enter safe\normal mode and no restore points. I ran FRST64 and will try to attach.

On Vista or Windows 7: Now please enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

 

Thank you so much for the quick response. I currently slaved the laptop drive to main pc and loaded registry hive to make the change of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\SubSystems and replace the consrv to winsrv, as stated on website http://triplescomputers.com/blog/?p=72.

I am curious as to how the fixlist is determined and customized by looking at the frst log.

As far as I know there is no public tutorial on how to use this program and FRST is mostly used at bleepingcomputer.com
