Bugcode_usb_driver in Windows XP

    Recently I facing this BSOD with the message of "Bugcode_usb_driver".

    I did search on website, and try some steps

    1) remove all the usb root hub and restart let it auto reinstall
    (won't works, still facing problem)

    2) Under usb root hub, power management, untick the option of "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. (also same, not work)

    So now i looking for some help here to resolve my problem.

    Attached herewith the last dump file.
