Building a new computer but suck with computers

Hey I want to build a new gaming computer.. But i really have no clue whats the good stuff thats out right now.. My goal is to make a computer as cheap as possible and still be able to can run the new game cyrsis with good graphics.

if any one has some sites that sell comp parts really cheap or have any ideas on what motherboard, video card, processor i should get.. please let me know
