Business Contact Manager install

    I have uninstalled MS office small business and reinstalled office pro 2003. when I start up Outlook, it is automatically trying to install Business Contact Manager. I do not need nor want it. I cant seem to find a way around this. I checked in the add-in manager but nothing of the sort seems to be associated with it. Unless I am overlooking something. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
