Buying a Visiontek- Ati radeon hd2400 pro?

hey everyone

my video card recently died and i am in need of getting a new one until i can afford a new pc. is the visiontek ati radeon hd2400 pro AGP 8X a good card to get? i know its not the most high end but thats not what i am looking for. the old card i had was a radeon 9800 XT it has to be better then this right? that card is 5 years old. i ahve all of the requirements to run a hd2400 with the AGP 8X, i do not have a pci express hook up. please any help would be great for me.
