   Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. If I right click and run as administrator I'm able to get in but it seems all users have to run as admin that means all users share the same file. What does this mean and how do I fix this? I'm running Windows Vista. LeoDragon76 in Chicago
