    Hi,
do any of you use the excellent Commodore 64 Vice emulator?
Well I used this for my old single processor computer and it worked perfectly.
However I now have a duo core processor pc and the Vice C64 emulator runs way too fast.
I have tried changing some settings on the emulator but to no aval.
Also I emailed the people at thr Vice site but got no answer.
    Please help.

    Thakn you.

    :)

Yeah, there should be a setting to adjust the speed, I'll have to look it up.

OK, the options dropdown have two separate modes that relate. It sounds like yoiu are in Warp mode (under options). This can be turned off and on at will, and is used to speed up things like program loads and whatnot.

There is a second mode, also under options, that can have it's uses. Maximum speed will allow you to custom set the speed of the emulator.

I think the first option is where you need to go. I have a C128 setup, and convert disks to .d64 files. I'll have my BBS up for another month before I shut it down, so I have quite a few commodore files.
