Cables(Hard Drive) HELP!

What cables do I need to connect my new hard drive(SATA) up? I just bought a Western Digital Caviar SE WD1600JS 160GB Serial ATA II 7200RPM Hard Drive but I didnt click on the one with cables(by mistake) I already have another hard drive running but its not SATA. I want to have them both running. From what I have read I apprently need a SATA II Data Cable but I was just wondering if thats all I need or will I need more than just that one cable. Sorry guys I feel dumb for asking this but I am so not a hardware person.

 

Probably this, as long as your motherboard has SATA connections. If not, you can get a SATA controller which plugs into a PCI slot
