call of duty 2 installation problem

ive asked u guys for help before and you were quick and very helpfull.

Ive bought call of duty 2, my sysem spec is enough for it, when it installs it gets right to the very end then just cancells, no error message or anything, just cancells with no trace of the installation, ive tried disk cleanup, cleaned my comp, turned off all runing background tasks n still have the same problem, any help would be great thanks.

 

Did you buy this new or from someone? Be sure all your drivers are up to date and directx 9 installed. If your system specs are just enough it may be a problem. Your best bet may be to try call of duty 2 website and check their forum and support as this could be a combination of several things.

 

nope the game is bought brand new from shop. i have newer games installed on this computer then call of duty 2. It works on my upstairs computer but not on this one with the internet :cry
