Can I get rid of All user.windows folder

    In my docs and settings, I have a folder all user.windows. It looks identical to my all user folder just above it in the tree. I have tried a normal delete, and get a warning that the folder is required by windows XP. I have a second computer that is running XP, and that doesn't have the all user.windows folder. Is this folder required and if so is the all user required as well.:yum
