I'm planning to install the Mozilla because I know its way to better than Inter Explorer. Is it a wise move? If so, how can I remove it?

The best move is to install Firefox but to leave IE on your system for Windows Update and some other things which don't like Firefox.

Essentially not all web designers take the time to test Firefox compatibility so occasionally pages either don't load completely or the layout is poor, sadly, although I wouldn't use anything other than Firefox given the choice, it's not always possible.

I would also suggest IE Tab to get around most of these problems, it opens a copy of IE in a Firefox tab and helps a lot. Of course, you need IE installed to use IE Tab...
