Can only connect to Internet in safe mode.

Malware has hit again.
Followed all the proper steps, and nothing was found.
I can only get online while in safe mode with networking.

Make sure teh firewall is not blocking your browser.

 

I don't have a firewall or router installed.
I used to have Zone Alarm but it expired.
For some reason whenever I try to reinstall it, it just gives me a windows error everytime.
