   On my laptop I can Ping Google, Yahoo etc but can't get IE or Firefox to get on the internet.
   
   Please help I am using Vista (it's a new laptop)

   Is there a Free malware software I can download on my portable drive and then run on my laptop to remove whatever it is that is screwing up my machine?
