Can READ N' RUN ME FIRST programs be run in safe mode?

    Hi,

    I know you guys are swamped, but I have started the READ N' RUN ME FIRST instructions, but I cant get my computer to boot into regular mode after running CCleaner.

    It boots, and then freezes after about 10 seconds, every time.

    So can I run the rest of the programs from safe mode? or?

    Additionally, I have viruses all through my external USB Hard Drive too...Any special instructions?

    ...Should I plug the external HD into the computer when I run the scans?

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    What exactly did you do with CCleaner? Did you run the Cleaner icon? Did you also run the Registry icon and Scan for Issues? Did you do anything with the Tools icon.


    Yes you can run in safe mode if necesary.


    Yes and select complete system scan when running SUPERAntiSpyware. Also do a scan on your external HD with your antivirus program
