Can you add dates to the process list?

My process list in Windows Task Manager use to be 61 processes. Now after a couple of updates it is 66. And while I don't think the extra processes are going to be anything but updates, I am curisous as to when a process started.

Is there any freeware programs that can tell me when a process started. I imagine this would be most useful if it gave minutes and days rather than just days, because if I acquired a malicious process in the last 10 minutes I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between that and this mornings update.
