Cannot Connet to Internet - DNS Timed Out.

I recently recovered my desktop PC running XP, and ever since I haven't been able to access the internet consistently. I am using a Dynex Wireless Network Adapter with a wireless Linksys Router and the internet will work for about 30 seconds right when it is plugged in or when the computer is restarted. The it dwebpages can no longer be accessed. My laptop can connect just fine. I cannot get my desktop to connect hardwired nor wireless.

I ran IPCONFIG/ALL and NSLOOKUP and got the following results.
