Out of nowhere I tried to delete some files from my recylce bin and I get hit with this error message. "Cannot delete Dc33: Access is denied. Make sure the disc is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use." Now, I tried going into the Recycle Bin and deleting all the files in there manually one by one and it worked. But then just to see what would happen, I created a file shortcut on my desktop, deleted it, tried to empty the Recycle Bin and it asks me if I'm sure I want to delete these 2 files? I open the Recycle Bin and there's clearly only one file in there. What the heck is going on??? I tried running the malware removal tools and it's still happening. Can anyone help?
