Cannot delete programe.

Running Windows 7 home edition.
Hi
My AVG internet security software has started to play up so I have tried to delete it and reinstall but it will not delete, when I go into control panel and try to remove it I get an error message. I have tried Revo uninstaller which did remove the program but also removed other software leaving me with no access to the internet and I had to use "Restore" to get it back.
I have tried to delete it by going into "program files" and clicking delete but it says it is open in another program.
Anyone have any ideas as to how I can delete this program?

Hello,
Try the AVG remover. If that does not work you may want to try App Remover.
