   Windows Advisor has recomended that I download CWShredder because I have a problem with my home page being reset each time I use the Internet, but when I try to download it just tells me I am not authorised to access it. How do I get around this problem? I believe the problem has been caused by CoolWebSearch.

   Can you download anything from the Internet? You problem may not be just with downloading CWShredder. Where are you trying to download it from?
