Cannot print Business Cards Straight in Windows 7

Worked fine in XP but now with a new laptop, Presario CQ62, Windows 7 64-bit they print slightly counterclockwise. Trying to cut them properly is a nightmare.

Changed printer to a Canon mp 250, changed programs for creating business cards, Avery pro to TechnoRiver and even used online programs to create the cards. All the same result.

Windows 7 64 bit won't print them properly. I called Microsoft and the outsourced tech had no clue, called HP and their outsourced tech they had no clue either. Emailed technoriver and they suggested adjusting the printer speed which is not the problem as other documents print straight.

Why not contact Avery? I'm sure they'll want to get the program working because you'll buy more Avery products to create your business cards.
