Cannot receive Windows Updates

Hi,I'm having trouble getting my windows updates lately,this has never happen before. I go to the update site and click on the Express tab and then the site starts scanning my PC to see if I need updates ( so far so good ). But my problem is that it never stops scanning so I cannot get the updates,I've let it scan for an hour or two and nothing,what's up with this. I thought it may be my ZoneAlarm so I shut that down and still cannot get updates. My system is running very good,no problems there.

If you have any Anti,Spyware programs running try shutting them down.

 

Got it fixed,I did a search at Microsoft and they told me to try downloading a Windows Script Host 5.6 ,well that done the trick,works fine now.
